Annual Renewal of your Membership:
Our renewals this year will also be based on shop sales to help offset advertising. This to is on the honor system so choose the sales level that applies to your shop.

The top set are for sales of $100,000 or less per year and the second set is for shops with over $100,000 in sales per year.
Pro Rated Membership Fees:
Our membership is Pro Rated quarterly so that you can join any time during the year. All memberships end on December 31st of each year. AGCP memberships do not run from the date you joined until that date next year. The reason for this is that it requires a lot of bookkeeping and that is an expensive function. By running our memberships as we do we save this expense and this keeps your membership fees lower and allows us to use your money to provide more clubfitting and clubmaking benefits to you by not using it up for administrative purposes. By having all dues come due on December 31 of each year it is a simple matter to determine who has paid and who has not. We remove any who have not paid and change all user names and passwords to protect the membership.
Sales Related Membership Fees:
Our membership consists of both part time and full time dedicated fitters and builders. We have home based shops and Retail store front shops. Some members benefit more from their membership and some benefit less. Some can afford to pay more for getting more, some can’t. For 2009 we are introducing a structured membership fee plan based on annual sales. We structured our membership this way because we plan on starting a small National ad campaign in 2009 and we believe the larger shops and the store front shop who advertise now will receive more benefit from our advertising than the part time clubmakers. This is on the honor system and no checks will be made. The difference is minor but will help offset the advertising budget for the AGCP.
